About this page: a plain summary of how we process copyright notices under the DMCA, not formal legal advice. Registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office is recommended.

TiviMate IPTV responds to valid copyright notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

The app and the service

TiviMate IPTV is an IPTV subscription service, independent from the developer of the TiviMate player app. Notices concerning the TiviMate app itself belong with its developer; notices about content delivered through our subscription or shown on this site come to us.

How to file a notice

Use our contact form and start your message with "DMCA Notice", including:

  • your physical or electronic signature as owner or authorised agent;
  • the copyrighted work concerned;
  • the material to remove, with enough detail to locate it (channel, title, or URL);
  • your name, address, phone number, and email;
  • a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you may act for the owner.

Our response

Complete, valid notices are acted on promptly by removing or disabling access to the material, and the affected customer is informed where possible.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your signature, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact details with consent to the relevant federal court jurisdiction. Unless the complainant reports court action within 10 business days, the material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat infringement and false claims

Accounts repeatedly linked to valid notices may be terminated. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
