1. Agreement
By requesting a trial, ordering, or using TiviMate IPTV, you accept these terms.
2. The service
TiviMate IPTV provides an IPTV subscription delivered as an Xtream Codes login and M3U link, for use in a compatible player such as the TiviMate app. We do not provide or activate the TiviMate app or TiviMate Premium (see the Disclaimer).
3. Your login
Your login is for you and your household. Do not share it publicly or resell it, unless you are an approved reseller using our reseller panel.
4. Free trial
The free 24-hour trial is one per customer and ends automatically after 24 hours.
5. Plans, Lifetime, and payment
Prices are listed on the subscription page. Payment is made through a secure link sent by email. Monthly and multi-month plans end at the end of their term and do not renew automatically. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for access for the lifetime of the TiviMate IPTV service; channel lineups may change over time.
6. Resellers
Resellers buy credits and manage their own customers. They are responsible for their own sales and support, and may not present themselves as TiviMate IPTV.
7. Acceptable use
- Personal, private viewing only (except approved resellers).
- No rebroadcasting or public display.
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Respect copyright; see the DMCA Policy.
8. Availability
We aim for stable streaming but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Quality depends partly on your connection and device.
9. Suspension and liability
Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
