- Sending payment links and confirming orders, including the Lifetime plan.
- Answering support and reseller questions.
- Protecting the service against spam and abuse.
Email and payments
Emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email provider. Card details are never entered on tivimateiptv.tv; payment is completed through a secure link from a payment provider.
The TiviMate app
Anything you enter into the TiviMate app or TiviMate Premium is handled by the app developer under their own policy.
Cookies and analytics
We may use search and analytics tools to understand how the site is found. Cookies, where used, can be controlled in your browser.
Keeping and deleting data
Records are kept only as long as needed for support and accounting. To see, correct, or delete your data, use our contact form.
Security and children
The site uses HTTPS and server-side form handling. The service is for adults and not directed at children.
